"Windows cannot find C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\Tools\Delfolders.exe. Make sure youtyped the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, clickthe Start button, and then click Search".
Since i got this message after i restored the system i was able to figure out that it was due to some mismatch in the registry files or so.Hence went to the path C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\Tools\Delfolders.exe. in my system and thought of deleting Delfolders.exe file but to my surprise i coudn't find any file in the Tools folder. Then i thought it was some virus sort of thing and scanned the whole system but it was of no use....It was not identified as Virus and still the message persists.Later on after doing a lot of reasearch in google i cou1d find solution for this. Here It Goes!!!!!
(1)Go to Start->Run and type regedit and then search the registry for exact file reference.Once u find the refrence (that wud be HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce)delete it from the registry.Doing this will not solve the problem permanently it will appear again after subsequent reboot.
(2)So one more step need to be followed i.e go to Start->All Programs->Startup and there u find the Reboot option which is an exe file ,delete that rebbot.exe.
Performing the above two steps will solve ur problem permannetly.
I found that this problem occurs due to mismatch in the drivers during the installation.More on this refer :

Finally i was able to solve this problem permanently.I hope this helps many ppl over there who are facing the same issue.
